If you were going to live gigs in the 80s and 90s, chances are you would have seen vSpy vSpy ripping up a stage somewhere across this big, brown land.

The Spys were one of Australia's hardest working live bands, mixing a powerful stage presence with killer musicianship, a stunning sense of melody and incisive social commentary; and they were rewarded with big crowds across the country and plenty of radio airplay. Even though The Spys were always a 3-piece, their sound was huge, and they were one band who could capture that on record just as much as they could onstage.

The complete back catalogue of vSpy vSpy was made available digitally for the first time in January 2016 by Laneway Music, and there have been a number of rarities released since then.
