Uppercut is Naarm’s newest head-banging band. They define their sound as “Newah Metal”, a mix of rock n’ roll, punk, and 90’s metal sounds.

 

With vocals by frontman Dylan Beast, laid over a sweet and smooth guitar, a beauty that most rock n’roll guitarists would envy. Sam’s stellar performance on bass shows how beautiful simplicity can be, if played by the hand of a talented musician. Corrie’s drumming throughout the song gives the listener the feeling of being both as light as a feather, while being as heavy as a brick.
