Stephen Walls

Stephen Walls long career in music began with his grandmother buying him a drum kit at the age of fourteen. Little did she know what she had created!

His professional music career started with playing in cover bands across Sydney, where he met Chris Turner. Walls subsequently hooked up with Irish John Arthurs who worked together with Walls on their songwriting, culminating in Walls created Ward 13, which lasted from 1979-1981.

Over the years Walls has had a variety of music ventures, including launching the legendary Survival Records label, a Top 10 hit in Nashville in the 90s called 'Stay a While', and is now focused on his new project 'Funkarola'.
