La Femme
La Femme were a highly original punk rock band from Melbourne in the late 70s. They had a pioneering sound which pre-dated the more commercial punk of the early 80s.
La Femme had a confident, swaggering, glam-infused punk-metal sound led by charismatic frontman Chane Chane.
Live, they were something to experience, whilst dressed in glitter threads and leather pants, make no mistake this was a rock and roll show underpinned by serious, high calibre musicianship.
