Do Re Mi were a hugely successful band in the mid to late 80s with a string of hit singles, the most well known being the iconic Australian hit Man Overboard which made the Top 5 on the singles chart.

 

That song was, at the time, highly controversial due to the lyrical content, however any reservations from the record company were swiftly put to bed as it raced up the charts.

 

Do Re Mi were, unfortunately, far too shortlived given their talent and creativity and released only the two albums - Domestic Harmony, and The Happiest Place In Town.

 

Laneway Music is extremely pleased to  have made these two great Australian albums available digitally for the first time.
